2003 Football Season predictions

Who does everyone think who will win BDD this 2003 football season?

i believe that either haysi or honaker will take the crown..it will be tough for TV or Hurley..one size of the school and plus TV has a 1st year coach

yeah this much is clear. The real question is haysi or honaker. Honaker has a good returning team but has lost a few people. Haysi lost only 2 major starters from last year. It's going to be a good game to say the least. Twin Valley had thier chance with Britt Coleman but ever since he left they've been nothing but whiney thugs. They need some dicipiline on that team. Hurley is well Hurley. They used to rule back in the day but now they definatly need to find something to help em out.

I agree, Haysi or Honaker. It is a question mark in my opinion. But you never know, the title is up for grabs this year. Oh, and I am glad w finally got some dicussion going on here on the forum. [img]biggrin.gif[/img]

As for the entire Region, what are some opinions? It is a mystery to me, there are some really good teams this year.

Well i'm going to have to say Rye Cove for The Cumberland. They are Div. 2 now I beleive. Then for the LPD its a tough choice its how everyone plays. My thoughts are JJK, Gate City, or PV. Appy is weak this year, Clintwood should be pretty good, Coeburn likewise, Pound is going to be horrible, and Burton should be decent.

Its really hard to say between Haysi and Honaker who will win the title, I believe the first few weeks in the season will tell the story whose team is stronger.

I got a question about Rye Cove moving to D2, if they win the Cumberland they goet an automatic bid into the playoffs, so assuming Gate City wins the LPD and either Haysi or Honaker wins the BDD, there will only be one wildcard bid based on power points into the playoffs this year?

Seems so my friend. Unless a div. 1 team wins Cumberland instead of Rye Cove or Appy comes back in true Appy fashion and takes the LPD but I dont think that'll happen this year.
